I like what you have done with Shii-Cho to make it your own from the General Sun version. I am looking at doing the same thing with it, but using more of the Aikido influence I have to customize it slightly.

My advice if you want to make your own Shii-Cho is keep it simple. What did is created a training regime that I could teach to kids in a week. I know of one person here who is trying to learn it off the web, so that will be good feedback. But Shii Cho is supposed to lay the foundation. I kept it as simple as I could staying with only the marks of contact, attack zones, the three strikes and the foot work. Quite frankly, thats all one needs to become proficient with your weapon.
