Thanks guys! I was surprised at how long the Sentinel actually is in person, and of course the Catalyst pommel just adds to it, but it feels great. I can definitely understand the hype behind this saber, along with the Bellicose. Of course the Chosen One needs no justification.  |

Is there any major differences between Sentinel and Aeon? Other than appearance, the spec looks the same on the page. So I'm wondering the hype on Sentinel, but not the Aeon. The Sentinel does seem to get a lot more love than it's Aeon/Dominix counterparts. I can't really compare the two as I only own a Sentinel. I went for it because I loved the look of the ribbed grip area, and I already had a couple of Dark Initiates and wanted something different.

Seeing the Gold button on the Belicose definitely makes me appreciate it more. I've never liked how it looks with the Red one, which is what you mostly see. Try out your Consular pommel on the Dark Sentinel. I personally like that combo and have been pimping that. Dark War Glaive pommel works great too. |

Thanks everyone! I am over the top happy with these fabulous lightsabers! I wasn't as intuitive with the obsidian V4 launcher as I thought I'd be. Meaning, I had to format(clean) the memory for both the Chosen One and Consular...  Now that I'm getting the hang of it I have fonts on them that are staples for me. The new emerald launcher is pretty easy out of the gates though. Instead of getting my Consular shipped in FO, the main blade was instead set to 100% amber. So that's what you see in the pic, I've since tweaked it to more a truer orange blade. Having amber on tap is fun! * Excellent pics Hazard..... +1 Very happy for you also, I can imagine the awesome feelings of being a winner or the Emerald prize, you ordered a dream saber the Menace and received 3 dream sabers....... just AWESOME these raffle promotions...... Can I ask, comparing the Shock to the Consular, which would you prefer? I know its different for everyone, but either of those is high on my want list, and I'd like your opinion...... cheers Having the Consular for such a short period I would like to give it a little more time before I give you my 2 cents concerning these two hilts. Please don't think I'm being dismissive of your question, I am VERY excited to converse about this but would like to settle into ownership a little(not too long though ) to be fair to my own thought process. Having them both, this is as much an apples to apple comparison as you can get. |

I was never a fan of the look of the plastic buttons. Someone posted a pic of an RGB Bellicose with gold button and it looked so good I had to get mine in gold too. |

I was never a fan of the look of the plastic buttons. Someone posted a pic of an RGB Bellicose with gold button and it looked so good I had to get mine in gold too.
I have also never been a fan of the plastic buttons, I always get metallic ones. My Bellicose came with a chrome button (raffle win!), and My Graflex has a gold button and a brass (bronze?) button, I wanted them to be different. |

I was thinking about this recently and I think I would enjoy alternating metallic buttons. Both nice buttons with a more unique look. |
