I like the sound of Ice Violet, but Hazardous Purple is awesome too. I tried it out on mine, and it is a pretty sweet color.

Yeah it's a fun one and interesting how light it is given Amber is used in it.

Absolutely beautiful colors Haz^^  Question: have you been able to produce a deep red with your emerald Consular?  Sometimes BR looks a might washed out 

Alright @TheDutchman, I performed my emerald experiment to try and darken BR from the standard red it comes as.

The best combo with rgbA to alter BR is Amber however every combo stands to lighten red further although still making a nice tone.

I'm thinking the best way to get a darker red from US would be via Tri-BR and I'd suggest hearing some opinions and seeing some pics of those who have it.

I forgot to mention the Emerald settings: R 95%, A 12.5%.

Amber set to anything higher than 15% starts making a PO blade color increasing to FO the higher percentage you go.

BR set to 100% on its own makes for the darkest tone red.

Something a bit different =] I've had the blaster for awhile so, got it off a friend. Not sure if to have it for a hero or villain kind of blaster though What do you guys think? Oh and just so I don't feel like I'm spamming again, scratches are now appearing on my Dominix, sometimes the black can still be covered if that makes sense, any way on fixing that? Maybe I can send it into US's to have re-anodized or something. I've only had it for half a year so, was my Violet Amethyst blade when I decided I didn't like the blade color after all so x.x

The color is definitely cool, but I gotta point out how awesome your hilt combo is. Emperor's Hand Emitter on a Consular hilt....Damn that is sick lookin'. I am not entirely sure what pommel that is. It looks like a Classic Archon Pommel? Whichever one it is, I am loving it.

The color is definitely cool, but I gotta point out how awesome your hilt combo is. Emperor's Hand Emitter on a Consular hilt....Damn that is sick lookin'. I am not entirely sure what pommel that is. It looks like a Classic Archon Pommel? Whichever one it is, I am loving it.

Where to start ... I had to break out the laptop to reply lol.

First of all, thank you for your compliments ... I do love this hobby 

The pommel is an Archon style but it's from TCSS and with the EH emitter the weight of the Consular is considerable, that's some heavy kit that emitter.

I'll be honest, I don't think a guys needs more than a hilt or two in emerald and in fact I've slowly steered away to dedicated blade colors for my lightsabers and that's simply a change in preference.

But I fully endorse how awesome and effective of a tool the emerald driver is.  You can truly fine tune almost ANY color to your liking and do it over and over again. 
Including, saving color profiles you like so that you can instantly load them onto the board and not worry about forgetting what settings you used.
This goes for any custom tuned flash on clash and, any main blade shimmer or flicker you might use.

Plus, the individual colors themselves are bright and lovely so you don't have to feel like your getting anything less with say - a straight blue blade.


And if I could make a recommendation - rgbA is the way to go IMO.  It just adds rich tones and hues the white channel cannot accomplish.  White is good if you like a silver blade or silver FoC, but other wise it washes out the other colors if you use it to mix.  Amber does well to highlight and enhance - I've had both emerald set ups and that's been my take away experience.

This probably true, but I'd say that if you are only going to get one saber, or one customized to exactly what you want, then get Emerald or Diamond. This way you do have the ability to change. It is so completely worth it, even in a hilt like the Dark Initiate.

Definitely helpful my saber friend! Thank you for taking the time to share your opinion. It will be helpful when the time comes for my next big order. Man I missed this place. You know, after you get involved and join the Saber Forum community and all the fun and awesomeness that goes with it, you really feel void of something when life gets busy and your forced into a small break from it. Thanks Taegin, after what I have seen in video and pics, I would have to agree with you. Definitely looking to customize one in the upcoming months. I didn't realize that Fire Orange and the Amber colors were the same. What I mean is, it looks like the Fire Orange was tweaked a bit with the emerald driver to make it look the way it does in Hazard's pic. Thanks for informing me!
