After what feels like a millennium, here are a couple shots of my Flamberge. Unfortunately, the camera didn't capture the light as great as it normally does, but whatever right? My profile picture will have a much better shot of it in action. I plan to do some cosmetic upgrades on it and try to make it more of an original design as opposed to something I purchased online along with thousands of others. This was the original saber that I ordered back in January. Finally arrived today and I am already in love with it.  This is my new Dark Mantis saber. I was initially hesitant about getting the blades and spikes for it, but I absolutely love them now that I have seen them.  And my baby all lit up. I may be a Sith at heart, but no need to advertise it until I shove my blade through your heart. *Laughs evilly* |

It's actually a 36-inch blade. It just goes really deep into the hilt, so it looks shorter. I've recently been considering a 40-inch blade, perhaps with a pointed tip to make it look more proportional. Nice pics everyone.How long is the blade? it looks a 32 for me. Isn't it a little bit short compared to the hilt? No balance issues?
