how did you get the colored blades?

Indeed I got the colored blades from TCSS. Bought the blades uncut (though they can be ordered at specific lengths for 50 cents extra), cut them to length myself, glued in the tips and cut/rolled 4-5 feet of cellophane into them.
The only thing I dislike about them is that the silver FoC in my Sentinel is very muted in the purple blades. It's barely noticeable. Otherwise I love day blades

Yes, I have the thin walled. Same with my Photons. Our Blue & Red are thick walled though. My VA in the thin purple looks great, but because it turns the Silver FoC purple it makes the FoC barely noticeable. - |

Yes, I have the thin walled. Same with my Photons.
Our Blue & Red are thick walled though.
My VA in the thin purple looks great, but because it turns the Silver FoC purple it makes the FoC barely noticeable.

Sadly I have notice with all of my day blades from mutiple places, FoC gets muted some. |

I love the look of day blades when the saber is off and the slight filter over my Violet Amethyst makes that color perfect in my eyes. But it sacrifices FoC a bit.
Using a regular blade gets me back my FoC, but VA is kinda pastel IMO.
So close to perfection it hurts.
All the more reason for me to get an Emerald saber eventually.
