Today's rumination:
Coconut milk in coffee is glorious, especially since I miss lattes now that I don't eat dairy or soy.
I recently powered through the kinesiology unit of personal trainer certification, and my ballet teacher says my dancing has transformed in that short time frame. I'm definitely thinking about moving differently now.

I too don't do dairy. There's nothing better than a Starbucks Candy Cane Frappuccino made with coconut milk... I need to stop, I'm getting hungry. |

I like almond milk myself....though I don't have the aversion to dairy you guys seem to. Only milk, I still eat plenty of cheese....and the occasional Greek yogurt.

I have no issues with regular old milk, luckily. I just don't like the taste, so I've found some alternatives that I DO like. But I never drink milk by itself, and I only ever drink good old regular coffee BLACK, so I don't keep it around and only buy them when I need one. |

I love milk. Vitamin D Whole Milk only.
2%, 1/2%, and skim milk is just water that is lying about being milk.
Soy milk, Almond Milk, and all those vegan and/or lactose-intolerant friendly drinks don't even register.

I love protein shakes, whey and casein. Throw in some slices bananas and blueberrie in the blender and you have one yummy drink. Great first thing in the morning or right after a workout. |
