As much as I would miss seeing Eva, they would still have some ground to play on. Dracula is still alive so they could have brought in Van Helsing, as well as bring in Mr. Hyde that the team would try and apprehend.

really? did they say why? noise pollution? emissions?
To readdress the question: I saw the rerun last night. The reason the Aston-Martin Vulcan is not allowed to be driven in GB is because A) it's not street legal and B) it exceeds the noise regulations of every race circuit in the country. Finished Penny Dreadful, sad to see that such a good show's ended.
