I have absolutely nothing against Rottweilers, or any breed for that matter. Though I have preferences, and some aren't my thing. I've just been dead set on a Husky or Mute for a LONG time is all. They've been my two favorite breeds for many years now. My ranking:
1) Husky
2) Malamute
3) German Sheppard
4) Labs(I miss Hannah, she was a great dog.) One of the best dogs one can have.
5) Border Collies. Scooter is a great dog, I wish he'd be more affectionate, but still a wonderful puppy.
6) Australian Sheppard. I REALLY like these for some reason. I can't put my finger on it, probably that it's a longer haired, slightly larger Scooter? Oddly enough though, it's an American breed, despite the name.
7) Australian Cattle Dog. Scooter is mixed with this. His sister leaned more heavily towards this appearance, whereas Scooter is very much BC in appearance.

Just be aware those are all high energy breeds and need to be worked with accordingly. Lab is the only one you can really get away being a couch potato with

I'm aware. I've had a Border Collie long enough to know how they can be. Though Scooter is kinda low energy as he gets older, when he was young..... wow, like a little Energizer bunny. I've started to take up running, I plan to train the dog to ride at my side, and take him/her on longer walks and on hiking trails with me(I've enjoyed long walks about the neighborhood for many years now.) |

I have to agree. They can also be some of the most lovable dogs ever though, but they will tear #@*% up if needed. Too many people don't seem to realize you can train them to be lovable and still be ferocious protectors when needed. Not to mention:  Rottweilers can be very loval and protective BECAUSE they love you. Some people don't understand that. Point for the cute picture ! Thanks guys, it’s hard to talk about my Rottweilers since other people have negative opinions about them
You needn't fear that here apparently  This was mine. She's so happy.  Point for the happy dog  I know the feeling, they were loyal and loving to me until the day they died. I still have a broken heart til this day from it

Will Rogers Funny thing is, it was only this specific toy. She didn't care about any other squeaker.
They often find their own favorite toy. My parent's lab has a passion for PET bottles. He's gotten quite good at removing the caps. Actually he expects us to put it back on before giving him the empty bottle so he can have fun removing it  4) Labs(I miss Hannah, she was a great dog.) One of the best dogs one can have.
