That would be nice but unfortunately, the amount of people that don’t have clue where their towel is has nearly quadrupled in the last 20 years. |

Bad news Logos. The two original creators of A:TLA have left the live action version with Netflix due to creative differences. From what I'm seeing, it seems Netflix isn't holding up their end of the bargain in terms of what they told them two. I haven't done much research on it, but just seen a few things today.

This really could go either way for me. I've discussed this before but it was the writers....specifically Aaron Ehasz...that made Avatar:TLAB what it was...not the creators. Its one of the presumed reasons The Legend of Korra arguably failed where TLA excelled. Plus a few of their comments when this project was released lead me to believe they really did not have a good grasp on what made the last live action project fail. |

Got this news last night. I can't say I'm disappointed. It is my opinion that you should only redo a thing if you can improve it. And honestly, live-action reboots IMO do more damage than good to a great animation. Case in point: When Aang does his little marble trick in Kyoshi village and the overexcited fanboy foams at the mouth and passes out. I laughed my ass off at that reaction. But with live-action, that scene becomes infinitely less funny. Then there's all of Sakka's goofy expressions and spastic movements. Another attempt at live-action will only further ruin the franchise. However, I will say that there are some scenes that would be absolutely epic in live-action. I leave that to the devoted and talented fans out there; people who aren't driven by the task master, profit. That way the serious and seriously #$%&ing C.A.S. scenes can be isolated without the all the story build-up, and this will result in much better results on the whole.
