I and another member noticed that our raffle orders are not showing up in our account when checking the history so maybe the new website did mess things up but I am sure they will fix.

I went and looked, my order is gone, I have no points, my account is blank. So they must be having troubles. I hope they sort it out, or have a copy of the old site to fix every thing.

Database transitions/migrations tend to have a few hiccups when they occur in my experience. From last night to this evening I noticed that a few things had already been corrected on my orders page, so I'm sure they're working through the issues now they've noticed them. Making the switch right at the end of a raffle period may not have been ideal, but it'll all get smoothed over eventually. I don't envy their IT type folks right now, but I get it.

All of my orders were there from last fall through the order I placed for Spring Raffle - I also got an error when I tried to check my points - however when I ordered my Dorinian for the raffle entry it did come up and offer for me to use points -- and the number was correct.. so maybe its just the page for the points in this case. |

I'm having issues as well (though not surprised with the transition being at the same time.) None of my orders or saved history or points are showing, but I'm certain their working it out. If anything I have the emailed invoice as backup.
