Had to go back and check the video after Sci mentioned blaster effects cause that is a feature I would like on Obsidian. But from the way the blade colors reacted and how Deep was rotating the saber in his hand, I believe he set off a gesture affect on the Diamond board. Hoping I am wrong as Obsidian V5 would be super sweet especially if they could get Tri-Crees to at least flicker on clash.
I really want a gold and silver hilt in my collection and the Initiate LE V5 looks almost perfect except for the points on the claws going downward towards the wielder. Would much rather they point up like the Butcher or don't end in a downward point at all. Logos you should definately make a V5 staff and post lots of pics, that would be sweet and I agree, in staff wielding the location of the points won't be such an issue.

Two things, The claws look like they will tear up your hands, Maybe more of curve so it fully connects the rest of the hilt instead of a floating edge? Plus the window in the sentinel looks like they are flipping you off......but that could just be me?? lol

^^^Never even noticed that  Like he said though these should just be the prototypes so design change is possibly going to happen say with the claws on the Aeon/Dominix sabers. Hope so because I usually grip on the upper choke point x.x |

The inserts won't fit into a US vented pommel. Even if they did, there's nothing to hold them in there.
Putting in a mesh or something would be the most viable option. Or just swapping pommels.
what about a bushing reducer? Probably Google its size and order maybe? |

I hear ya, Sam! I am thinking that a pair of the Dark Apprentice V5 LEs would be amazing, though the Initiate V5s look really awesome as well! Those claws on a staff config would be killer!
I also see a little bit of Savage Opress with a pair of Dark Initiate V5 LE's. The Aeon/Dominix pommels are the big win here that I see - a matching one of those on a Dark Apprentice LE V4 would make a nice weapon. |

All I can say is it’s a good time to be an US fan. The V5s all look amazing, but right now I’m torn between an Aeon LE and a Sentinel LE with the Aeon pommel, consular green blade for either, please  |
