I put in an order last Thursday for some extra blades, a buck puck and a few other smalls.  Of course, I had to put another grab bag on the order as well...I think I'm an addict, haha.  Wondering whether it's going to ship this week since they are busy with cons in San Antonio and here in Austin.

Can't wait to get my new standard midgrade blades.  I tried out a midgrade (had been running an UE) on my grab bag Liberator with yellow filters last week and the standard mid blade looks AMAZING with the yellow color.  I had no idea what I was missing; had to order extra mid blades!  Really excited to get another grab bag in the mail as well.

Hi ZL.  I decided not to order a grab bag with my last order.  Still not over it and what could have been in my outstretched semi-empty hands.  Had nightmares of receiving a Standard issue.  Will plead my case to not send me one with my next order which will include the gb.  Do you think that a Canuck rendition of River Dance would help?

If I get some big bday money this week I may have to get me a new Grab Bag again just to see what I'd get. I'd settle for a Prophecy or Liberator V3 though, dark or regular wouldn't matter. A Dark of either would be awesome though for sure.

That was my raffle prize this time around. At first I was a little bummed since I already have a DSI, but I'm in the process of customizing it to a Rahm Kota style saber so it's all good

My first grab bag saber (and first saber ever) ended up being a Dominix V2 in Sunrider's Destiny!  No pics because my lighting sucks and it looks like this is actually a pretty common grab.  I plan to customize it a bit... paint the grooves either silver or gold, maybe even paint the emitter and that band around the switch as well.  I'll post some pics then, once it's a bit more unique.  

I have one question though:  I got a mid grade blade with it, but am thinking of also getting a heavy grade as an extra blade.  What are your opinions of SRD in Ultraedge Heavy Grade as compared to regular Heavy Grade?  I think it looks pretty good in the clear polycarbonate, but would it look better with the white polycarbonate?  The "What's the best blade type" thread doesn't say anything about SRD in Mid/Heavy, just that it looks "decent" in UEHG.

Ultraedge looks good but it does to me give the blade a much more pastel look though with blues it looks nice. For some other colors like Blazing red I actually prefer the regular blade over Ultraedge. it's something to really see in person to judge which blade type you like better

Here are my grab bag and ordered Sabers I will also start with a pic of my prop saber I built for the premier of episode one all those years ago.
Here is my sith saber prop I built for my sith costume that i have worn for years.


Here are my first 2 grab bag sabers, A Liberator and a Dark Liberator, SO pretty! and they feel amazing in the hand very fun sabers to use. I am saving up to add sound to both of these sabers. Maybe in a month or 2 these will be FoC and Sound capable. As of now they are both Consular Green, a great color by the way very bright! If you are looking for a dueling saber that can use sound but is budget conscience i cannot tell you how good this saber feels to spar with!


Here is a pic of my first ordered saber a Phantasm LE and my raffle grab bag win! The Phantasm is now all Guardian Blue while the single Aeon LE is Consular Green. My grab bag was and Aeon LE with Guardian blue, this color is so pretty, it is softer than the green but it looks so awesome spinning at night! If you are thinking of getting a Phantasm or an Aeon spring for the LE it looks amazing and is subtle but makes it look like an official academy kind of saber to me, something that would be given in mass but is very representative of the order. Elegant and clean a great saber. If you want a stunt saber to spar with but do not care for sound get this LED saber it feel amazing in the hand!



Now for my favorite My most recent order (and my raffle entry) is the Raven, I got this will all the bells and whistles, Emerald Driver, Obsidian Sound, Recharge Port, you name it! I LOVE THIS SABER!!!! When emery says it is a beast in the UltraSabers video he is not kidding, I feel like I could smash a star fighter in two with this thing. In my Opinion best Sith Saber in the vain of the Lost Tribe, I feel like a Sith Saber of the highest renown with this. It is Dangerous but Elegant, Intimidating and Awe Inspiring. I think I need to alter my Sith outfit to be a Lost Tribe member just to wear this to every convention i can. Enough Rambling though here is the pic.
