My prediction (and fervent hope) for the next film:
After Thanos is finally defeated and the dead come back, the Infinity Stones are given to some of the Avengers for safekeeping.
Vision gets the Mind Stone back.
Strange gets the Time Stone.
Stark gets the Power Stone.
Thor gets the Space Stone.
Adam Warlock (end credits of Guardians 2) gets the Soul Stone.
Wanda gets the Reality Stone.
Now, the sheer power of the Reality Stone augments Wanda's powers to an insane (read: comic book) level and, missing her brother, alters reality to bring him back.
Except it's not him. It's the Quicksilver from the X-Men universe, revealing that she has not actually altered reality so much as merged different realities.
It's the perfect way to bring all the disparate movie universes into the fold.
You really think they need an excuse?

I would say the bad guy "won". Emphasis on the quotes. I suspect one of 2 possible outcomes:
1) The remaining Avengers somehow manage to retrieve the gauntlet and use the power to reverse what was done.
2) Thanos realizes that he was wrong and reverses it himself.
Might be a bit difficult: Did anyone notice how 'burned out' the gauntlet looked after Thanos' snap? I'd like to know...........was I the only one that sympathized with Thanos?
No, I did a bit as well as there were some quite powerful scenes that really gave me chills for some reason. Like the one where Thanos 'adopts' Gamora and the one where he retrieves the soul stone... Nothing was accomplished..by the heroes. Because this wasn't their film. This was meant to be Thanos' film...and he accomplished plenty. I've even heard from people that like TLJ ,that they hate the casino scene.
Well, I got the same feeling. This movie was 'kind of needed' to raise the stakes for the heroes by giving them a 'worthy' opponent... I want to post this on FB so bad LOL

Something I've been curious about: when are the events of Ant Man & Wasp supposed to take place? Pre-, mid-, or post Purge? Might be a bit difficult: Did anyone notice how 'burned out' the gauntlet looked after Thanos' snap?

Yes. Hopefully when she comes into Avengers 4, she has her correct suit, and she is able to help out. I also think it would be kind of sad, but also kind of realistic if she also got dissolved when Thanos snapped. |

I'm pretty sure the green is a suit she got from the Kree and going by the end credit scene I'm sure it will be her red and blue in A4 Gonna be honest, not really hyped for Antman or Captain Marvel. Neither are characters I've ever really followed. But I will see them I guess to see if any set up for A4 is shown...I just won't bust my butt trying to see them as soon as they are released |
