Just to throw this out there, wounds to the right armpit are often fatal anyway. One of the reasons a lot of special forces are trained to stab there. There is an artery there and rupturing it causes massive blood loss. One of the few true instances of "dead before you hit the ground."

leave it. I am always broke so it would be used regularly but, i couldnt use it to get money so the power is useless. ( i guess i could adopt a barter system)
