Plus I have tons of family and a lesser amount of friends who can tell me who I am  You have the ability to run at light speed but can't turn right or left. You can, however, lean in the direction you want to go, as well as go backwards. Take it. You can turn super strong like the Hulk, but you poison your body a little bit each time which will eventually lead to your death. |

So if it's a matter of duration versus occurrence, it won't make a difference how many times you use it. Too confusing.  Leave it. You can communicate telepathically, but you drool like an imbecile when you do. |
