Friends, I present to you, the Staff of Skullcrushing.

It's very rigid, actually.  Very little flex, very solid feel to it, even though it's four extensions, three couplers, and the two Scorpion pommels.

Wow, shade, that is legit. Is this patterned after a staff of a particular character you like, or more of an original idea? Either way nice work. It's serious looking stuff you got there.

I have three extensions for putting together a saber pike, and one for a nagamaki-ish long-handled saber, and two Scorpion pommels I don't use on the corresponding Scorpion sabers.  When you've got all that, you put together a big nasty metal staff of spiky knobby ends.  It's what you do.

I've just had an idea of making a shorter one of these, with only 2 extensions, and using a QR coupler so that I can switch it to two different little beating up sticks. I have a superhero that would use it too. maybe not such a bad idea after all. I'll have to continue pondering this one.

Edit. Wrong spot.

I do adore a good saber spear though.  It is my primary fighting weapon

Although it is not exactly a pike, I just got my second dark initiate v3...  With the adjustable coupler, it makes two nice pommels for dual wielding, a very long (2x32" blades) staff, or an awesome long handled saber (using one blade plug and one blade).

The two hilts plus coupler add up to about a 21" handle with a bit over 30" of blade.  So far, I am finding the long-handled configuration to feel very comfortable.

I am stoked about the possibilities!

So, I did end up adding a saber pike / long handled weapon along with the offset staff.

Shade, I was thinking about doing something like that, but with Ravens.

Pike or staff with Ravens would be very cool looking indeed

I meant with no lightsaber blade.  Just a long staff with 3-pronged spikes on each end.

One thing to consider is for serious combat you need gloves so s nice long hilt is good for armored hands. Also like others said the weight and balance for long heavy blades is a must. I like the look of the longer hilt looks too.
