Sentinel/Apprentice LE V4 Staff

Okay, I've posted a couple of these in individual threads, and I've been meaning to do one big post, but it hasn't happened until now. Anyway.

So a while back, I had the thought to make a saberstaff with an Apprentice and Sentinel hilt, so as to make the direct center of the hilt the bottom of the Sentinel instead of a coupler, as I prefer to wield with one hand. So I got the Sentinel and after some time, I finally was able to to get the Apprentice to match it, and my wife got me a quick release coupler, so the end result...



... Is freaking gorgeous!
And as I'm not the tallest guy, I use two 24" blades, which helps for the one-handed wield.



If you'll look, my hand sits perfectly around where my covertec is set on the Sentinel.

OK, I've got to preface this by stating: that is a BOMB saberstaff Nathaniel!  I LOVE how the Apprentice and Sentinel look individually; coupled together like that is perfection (I always figured I'd go for the Dark versions of both/either; the silver and gold hardware look particularly visually stunning).  Again: absolutely beautiful

While I'd be more likely to try and get 28" or 32" blades, I also would be using the thing two handed.

Nice. I had a similar idea actually but to do a 32 inch blade for the bigger hilt and 24 inch blade for the smaller hilt
