Couldn't they still be healed? Unless it was very severe drainage. If what you meant was that you could drain their life and reduce their life expectancy or something, then that would just be a trade off between one person and another. I could heal loved ones, but those random people might be in more dire situations and I wouldn't even know it. Either way, I'll leave it.

A million bucks in the form of $100 bills packed into a suitcase will drop from the sky and land next to your feet. So one person will die when I grant the wish, but no one will die after that Unless my friend is sadistic and would rather have a million bucks....

? hmmm "I wish that no one dies"...ok...but the magics require that someone dies, so someone dies...but everyone else is immortal...try to worm around wishes and bad things normally happen

Every time you blink, it counts as sleep. It doesn't interrupt your train of thought, you just get that small amount of time, but it adds up. In return, you can't ever dream.

You can fly (without wings), at speeds of 100+ mph, but you levitate/float a time double to that amount of time that you fly...for example you fly for 6hrs and then the next 12hrs you float as if completely weightless...if you apply your flight to manage the weightlessness then the time just gets added on.

The floating thing is the issue that it was weightlessness...imagine a helium balloon, outdoors, and you let go...what happens?

Be able to create light anywhere, but you have decreased vision abilities. They can be corrected with glasses or whatever tho. =)
