I don't know why, but I had no idea a red blade with violet flash was an option - it's definitely going to look nice and dark sidey... I'll have to redeem it by purging any dark influences, of course

Some time between midnight and 23:59...

In all seriousness, it's usually early morning UK time (so not long after midnight TX time, I guess), but depends on what else the guys have on, as it has been later, even afternoon TX time once or twice, I think. It'll be some time on the 14th, and typically the forum announcement comes first, with the e-mails (of which there'll be ~ 200) going out over the course of the day.
